This End User License Agreement (EULA) covers your use of the GrabWP Tenancy plugin family: the free base plugin and the paid Pro add-on.
The free base plugin is distributed under the GPL license, as required for every plugin listed on WordPress.org, and you may use, copy, and modify it under GPL terms. The Pro add-on is licensed to you, not sold, for personal or business use on WordPress sites you own or manage for clients. Your Pro license is non-transferable to other individuals or businesses.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Pro add-on code itself as your own product. You may build client sites and services on top of GrabWP and charge your own clients for that work.
GrabWP is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabWP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the plugin.
Pro licenses are sold through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
Your Pro license ends if you violate these terms or if your subscription lapses. The free base plugin remains usable under GPL regardless of this agreement.
This agreement follows generally accepted software licensing practice and does not replace your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
